General Overview		Blaine possesses Vulcan ‘tells’, such as raising his left eyebrow when inquisitive, but he is more in touch with his public emotions, and is a bit mischievous. When first meeting someone, he will physically present as Vulcan but he speaks with a Texas drawl. After this, he reverts to a more relaxed nature. He speaks Vulcan and Federation Standard, but has a drawl in both.

Personal History		Blaine was born on the USS Crockett, a Pioneer-Class vessel that his parents served on. His father was a junior helm officer and his mother was a junior science officer. When he was six years old, his parents died while on a survey mission. He was sent to live with his father’s parents, and was thus raised on their small ranch in the Texas Panhandle. He spent winters on Vulcan with his mother’s parents, learning from them and his Vulcan cousins.
